What is Orokai?

OROKAI

Orokai is a self-custodial DeFi interface designed for staking, lending, and interacting with on-chain protocols.

It is built as:

  • A self-custodial Web3 application

  • An infrastructure-layer integration layer for on-chain protocols

  • A production-grade blockchain system

  • A platform focused on usability and security

Scope of Engineering Work STEP 1

Architecture & System Design

We are designing the overall blockchain architecture to ensure scalability, modularity, and long-term maintainability.

This includes:

  • Smart contract architecture design

  • Upgrade-safe contract patterns

  • Transaction flow modeling

  • Gas optimization strategy

  • Risk surface evaluation

The system architecture is structured to support future protocol integrations and evolving DeFi mechanisms.

Scope of Engineering Work STEP 2

Smart Contract Engineering

Base58 is engineering production-grade smart contracts powering staking, lending interactions, and collateral-based mechanisms.

Current scope includes:

  • Secure contract development

  • Defensive programming patterns

  • Event architecture for off-chain synchronization

  • Integration-ready interface design

  • Deployment configuration for production environments

Security, determinism, and upgrade strategy remain core priorities.

Scope of Engineering Work STEP 3

Backend & Infrastructure Layer

We are building the infrastructure required to support real-world transaction flows and protocol integrations.

This includes:

  • RPC architecture design

  • Blockchain node integrations

  • Redundant endpoint configuration

  • Monitoring and observability systems

  • Failover and resilience planning

The goal is to ensure operational stability across varying network conditions and transaction volumes.

Scope of Engineering Work STEP 4

Web3 Integration & Wallet Flows

We are implementing seamless wallet connectivity and transaction handling flows while preserving full user self-custody.

Scope includes:

  • Wallet integration logic

  • Signature request handling

  • Transaction lifecycle management

  • Error management and fallback mechanisms

The architecture prioritizes usability without compromising non-custodial integrity.
